A message dated June 25, 2004, was received June 29 stating the                                     
Governor has signed the following bill and is transmitting the                                      
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for                               
permanent filing:                                                                                   
                                                                                                    
      CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 447(JUD)                                                                
      "An Act making corrective amendments to the Alaska Statutes as                                
      recommended by the revisor of statutes; and providing for an
